Kristin Hicks
Marketing Manager, Construction Administration
Kristin first joined Davis in 2022, helping modernize the firm’s construction administration procedures before expanding her role into marketing. Drawing on her background in psychology, she brings a people-centered perspective to her work and an understanding of how spaces can influence the way people feel, connect, and experience the world around them. Kristin values the collaborative nature of Davis’s work, from the way architects, designers, consultants, and clients come together on a project to the culture of mutual investment that defines life inside the office. At Davis, she has found both the variety of the work and the depth of the relationships to be genuinely rewarding. Outside of work, Kristin enjoys traveling, live music, staying active, and just about anything that brings her together with good people.
