Rachel Isbell
Contract Administrator
Rachel has been the firm's Contract Administrator since 2014, through a transition she describes with genuine gratitude. The previous administrator stayed on to train her until she was fully confident in the position, and Rachel has never taken that opportunity for granted. Rachel finds real satisfaction in seeing Owner/Architect Agreements and Construction Contracts through to full execution and is energized by the excitement others bring to a project and its outcome. At Davis, she values the relationships she builds with colleagues, contractors, consultants, and clients, and enjoys hearing about the varied paths people have taken through the industry. Outside of work, Rachel loves spending time with her family, going on trips together, and taking her son on fun outings.
