Field House Renovation & Strength Training Facility Addition

John Carroll Catholic High School

Progress is underway at John Carroll High School in Birmingham, where the athletics program is receiving a major upgrade with a renovated field house and a brand-new strength and conditioning facility. The project includes a fully revamped 9,000-square-foot field house featuring a modern locker room, updated training room, expanded coaches’ offices, a new team meeting space and enlarged equipment rooms to improve daily operations. Adjacent to this, an 8,000-square-foot addition will house a state-of-the-art weight room, training rooms, and a hydrotherapy room designed to enhance performance and recovery.

These facilities represent a significant investment in the success and well-being of John Carroll’s student-athletes. At its core, this project reflects the school’s commitment to developing the whole person — Mind, Heart, Body, and Soul.
