Emily Horton, AIA, NCARB - principal
With more than two decades at Davis Architects, Emily brings a combination of technical expertise, design insight, and personal connection to every project. A graduate of Auburn University with both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Interior Architecture, Emily is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
Known for her collaborative spirit and attention to detail, Emily approaches each client and project with genuine care. Her passion for design is matched by her commitment to community. She’s actively involved in the Over the Mountain Festival Choir, Third Presbyterian Church, Bible Study Fellowship in Birmingham, and Women Business Leaders. When she’s not designing purposeful spaces, you’ll find her enjoying ballet, Pilates, long walks, and planning her next travel adventure.
