Courtney Pittman, AIA, LEED AP BD+C - President

A licensed architect with more than 20 years at the firm, Courtney brings a deep passion for purposeful, community-driven design and a commitment to mentorship and innovation. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University and holds credentials from AIA, NCARB, and LEED AP BD+C.

 Originally from Mobile, Courtney began her career in Charlotte before returning to Alabama in 2003. She has led impactful projects across education, the arts, athletics, and civic spaces, always with a focus on wellness, sustainability, and collaboration. Active in both industry and community leadership, she serves on boards for the Cahaba River Society and The University of Alabama’s College of Engineering. As president, Courtney is focused on continuing the firm’s legacy while preparing it for the future.
