West Main Building - Athens, Georgia

Davis Architects was selected through an RFP to the Athens-Clarke County Unified Government for the design of a 500 space parking garage with integrated mixed-use for downtown Athens, Georgia. Park West’s design acknowledged respect to the contextual downtown scale and fabric with street level retail for the pedestrian experience and rooftop office space to cap the parking levels that includes a rooftop garden to meet the county's LEED requirement and serve as an office amenity.
