A Brownfield redevelopment, this five story apartment building wraps its parking deck to take advantage of skyline views over a reservoir and adhere to the Urban Design Standards for streetscape in Atlanta’s Beltline Ordinance. The unique shape of the site and building design create a variety of public spaces and private resident recreation areas, including a rooftop pool and amenity terrace on the deck. 355 units on 5.4 acres for a density of 65.7 du/ac.
